ČO OD VÁS OČAKÁVA BUDÚCI ZAMESTNÁVATEĽ

· you will be a member of a globally active support team at the Kosice site
· first point of contact for questions from internal customers and receipt of 1st level support within the telephone and electronic customer inquiries (incidents, service and change requests)
· documentation of customer inquiries in the ticket system
· taking over the pre-qualification and prioritization of tickets in the area of user administration AD, SAP, MS Office applications, Cisco VPN, telecommunications, general client/server support, how-to support
· close cooperation with 2nd and 3rd level support
· supporting participation in the implementation of company´s projects by providing technology and processes
· development of process optimizations
· preparation of documentation, process descriptions, working aids and manuals

AKÉ SÚ NAŠE POŽIADAVKY NA VÁS

· IT knowledge (client, networks, SAP, Windows etc.) and previous experience in IT customer care
· distinguished by IT affinity and fun in obtaining information, as well as constant desire to expand knowledge
· independent familiarization with new topics and sharing your knowledge
· very good communication skills and intercultural sensitivity
· strong customer and service orientation
· knowledge of IT service management according to ITIL standard
· German language skills in spoken and written - must have (English is plus)
